Business degrees and Diplomas at or above the level that wish to teach

At least 2 years of industry experience in the past 5 years

Have certificate IV or higher degrees in Training and Assessment or equivalent
experience and competency with willingness to appear in RPL for TAE 40110

a trainer and assessor at SMC, you will be responsible for the delivery of high
quality training and assessment practices. You will also participate in the
review of training and assessment strategies and continuously improve the
assessment practices under the supervision of the Director of Studies at
SMC.
