Swivel Marketing Ltd. is an Experiential Marketing Agency with business operations in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Ghana, Rwanda and Burundi. We also run an Events Management and Events Equipment Hire Company – 3D Entertainment.
We are currently seeking to recruit a great team who are energetic, self driven with great attitude to join us in the journey of placing the Swivel Marketing mark across Africa.
Specifically we are looking for:
Administration Managers: – For Rwanda and Burundi Markets
Key purpose of this role is overseeing the effective day to day running of the office; it involves front office management, managing office data as well as efficient office communication.
The Person:
• A fluent communicator, preferably both in English and French
• A people person with great attitude and energy.
Qualifications:
• Good Experience in Computers, A Diploma In Front Office Management or 1st Degree holder.
• An experience in record management will be an added advantage.
Project Manager – For Rwanda and Burundi Markets
Your key role as the projects manager is to lead and oversee the effective and efficient management and execution of existing and new projects and promotional campaigns.
The Person:
• Self Driven Individual with high energy levels and great attitude.
• A people person and with a good knowledge of the country and key markets.
• Fluent in both French and English.
Experience & Education:
• Preferably fresh graduates or with maximum 2 years experience in similar role.
• Computer literate
Client Service Executives – For Rwanda and Burundi Markets
The Key purpose of this role is to identify, sell to and maintain clients.
The Person:
• Good or natural selling skills, self driven, good networking skills or capabilities.
• Energetic and A winning attitude.
• Fluent in both French and English.
Experience & Education:
• Preferably fresh graduates or with maximum 2 years experience in similar role.
• Computer literate
