Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Operations Superintendent in the
  delivery of all aspects of Operations Management regarding Field
  Operations
• Assist with development area field operations
  and associated infrastructure from design through construction to
  commissioning and operation
• Accountable for all systems and processes
  required to safely and efficiently manage the development area field
  operations are scoped, planned, budgeted and tested pre implementation.
• Assist them in development of the Operations
  Centre field operations resource plans and recruitment schedules and
  assist to provide assurance that trained and competent resources are in
  place pre commissioning of assets.
• Assist in developing worksite transfer
  management
• Excellent knowledge of all HSSE requirements

• Considerable operational experience in oil
  & gas production
• Experience in  Project Design, Logistics
  and Infrastructure
• Tertiary Qualifications in an Engineering
  discipline
• Experience with an Owner / Client side
• Experienced leadership background with multi
  disciplinary teams
• Excellent verbal & written communication
  skills
