Due to ongoing expansion into other regions of the country and the need to sustain the highest quality services to existing and potential customers, we seek applications from exceptional candidates to fill the following challenging positions.

Job Title: Telesales Representatives
Location: Lagos

Job Objectives
The candidates will be responsible for communicating with potential customers through the telephone, in order to develop an effective pipeline of new business and to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies
o Self motivation and ability to work under minimum supervision
o Ability to work under pressure
o Ability to work under different shift schedule (day, night and weekend)
o Persistent and supportive attitude
o Excellent oral and written communicator able to interact with all levels of customers over the phone

Minimum Qualification and Experience
A first degree in Business, Social Sciences or the Humanities from a reputable university, with a minimum of Second Class (Upper division) plus at least 3 years sales experience in an organization with a proven record of success.
