POSITION PURPOSE
The Associate Analyst supports the global Research Products team in
its mission to provide a high level of product quality to its clients,
through the development of responsible investment and sustainability
related products. Over 4000 listed companies are analyzed and rated on
their ESG performance and results are published in the Sustainalytics
Global Platform.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Research, analyze and rate the ESG impact of publicly-traded and
private companies and prepare profiles to be published in the
Sustainalytics Platform
• Build strong relations with companies, external networks and content
specialists
• Participate and lead both client-related and internal projects
• Contribute to the development of intellectual capital and thought
leadership through report-writing and public-facing activities
• Proactively contribute to the building and the development of the
food industry team
• Mentor and train junior staff members
• Master degree in related discipline (business, finance,
international relations, environment and/or social sciences)
• Ability to work in a team towards strict deadlines and quality standards
• Demonstrated ability for systemic thinking
• Problem solving attitude
• Solid knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry
and the SRI/RI market
• Demonstrated passion for sustainability
• Awareness of and previous exposure to key ESG issues of the food industry
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Strong English writing and public speaking skills
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
