Group HR Manager
East (Singapore)
Responsibilities:
This is a group level position requiring decision making & taking complete responsibility . The functional areas will cover:-
• Manpower planning
• Payroll & Personnel Administration
• Recruitment & selection
• Training & development of staff
• Liaise with group offices to co ordinate human resources development strategies, implementation of company ethics & code of conduct, performance review systems , keep group data base on staff and liaise on regional employment law requirements etc .
• Submission of periodic reports and feedback to management on HR related aspects .
Requirements:
• Graduate degree with specialization in HR or graduate degree in any discipline with PG diploma /degree in HR.
• 7-10 years of HR related experience with managerial exposure for at least 3 years.
• Conversant with latest MS Office software .
• Must have excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills .
• Ability to take complete responsibility and work under pressure.
Remuneration will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
