A beautiful
cottage-like service based in the North Shore is now seeking for a permanent-part-time
Cert III or Diploma qualified educator to join the team. This particular centre
focuses on providing a homely environment for the children accompanied by a
teaching philosophy that truly reflects on adequate development for the
c
hildren that encourages children’s individuality as well as their personal
interests.

This 30 place
service has been operating for over 20 years’ with long standing staff,
established relationship with the community and incorporates traditional and
modern practices to further accommodate the children’s needs. The centre
director has had over 20 years’ of industry know-how to mentor you and support
you as well.

This particular role
will be working 8 hours a day, 3 days a week on a part-time basis. You will be
responsible for supporting the room leader to deliver quality of care and
education and to ensure the safety of the children.

As a successful
applicant you must have:

• A
  Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s services
• Adequate
  experience working in the field of early childhood education
• Exceptional
  interpersonal skills to engage with the children
• Good
  understanding of the EYLF and the NQF
• The
  abilty to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Effective
  communication skills and multi-tasking abilities

It will be desirable
if you are:

• Passionate
  about the early childhood education sector
• Able to
  commit to 3 days a week
