Sydney’s leading brand in early childhood education service and afterschool
care service is seeking a permanent full-time Oosh coordinatorto
join the team. With the responsibility of Second In Charge you will be part of
a team to educate/care for up to 70 children with an established and
experienced team.
As a successful candidate you must have:
- Diploma
in children’s services or Cert IV in OSHC - Expansive
experience as a room leader in a long day care service or coordinator for
a Oosh service - Strong
program and planning skills -particularly with my time my place - Current
First Aid Certificate and Anaphylaxis certificate - Current
WWCC
Ideally we are seeking individuals with:
- Strong
communication skills and leadership skills - Exceptional
administrative skills with roster, curriculum and enrolments - Ability
to commit to the full-time hours required for the role
The position is a coordinator position to care for up to 70 children and
approximately 10 other staff. The required hours are 10am to 6pm set
shifts, Monday to Friday. This is a permanent full-time, 38 hours a week. We
are seeking those with exceptional service delivery capabilities and also an
individual with strong early childhood or Oosh curriculum knowledge.
We are willing to offer 10% above the award and salary review after 3
months.
