Leading Fashion UK Retailer are seeking a super store manager who can display high core values with driving store and company KPIs, team development, succession planning and forward development of store.
We are looking to recruit a Store Manager whose main purpose will be to lead, direct and co-ordinate the resources of the business so as to maximise sales and profitability.
The store manager will ensure that the store reflects the ‘leading edge’ in retail in terms of merchandise, customer service and presentation whilst also ensuring that the company offers job satisfaction and career opportunities to staff. The store manager will be required to effectively lead a management team of six and a staff of 80 plus.
