To be successful, you will need to have:
• Mastery of fashion retail management position
• Savvy at working to sales budgets KPI’s
• Exposure to recruiting, training and development of a team of people
• Stock management & visual merchandising experience
• Outstanding customer service & selling skills
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Influential to create a fun, positive “can do” attitude!
You will also need to have effective management skills, team leadership and development skills, previous sales performance, an understanding of store operations and product merchandising.
