Responsibilities:
Each position will be running a business unit of about 20 accounting staff.
• Build and manage a team of accounting staff
• Build and manage a portfolio of clients
• Manage the delivery of services and solutions
• Build strategic business partnerships and channels
• Provide business advisory services to clients
Requirements:
• Recognised accounting qualification
• Experience in running a business or as a Finance Manager
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with good business sense
• People energizer / motivator who can develop and retain talent
