The
Stock Manager will be responsible for monitoring and receiving all material in
and then outflows and internal movements of material at the factory of Strawtec
Building Solutions Ltd. located in Kigali, in the PEZ.

The
main responsibilities will be coordinating and precisely monitoring and
controlling:

the delivery in of straw and other raw materials

the despatch of manufactured strawboard to customers in line with original
sales’ specifications

smart organization of the warehouse and proper safe storage of the
materials and finished products.

maintain accurate inventories of products and suppliers and producing quality
reports on this for the finance team.

•
performing periodic physical checks on the materials and stocks to ensure they
are in line with the electronic records

ensuring that any instances of waste or spoilage of the raw materials while
being stored are fully documented and reported to the finance department and
that these are signed off and authorised

notifying the finance department when raw materials reach certain levels such
that further orders can be made in good time

thoroughly and accurately maintaining and feeding the database (quality,
quantity, origin, etc.)

This

Being acquainted with basic database (excel) management.

Experience or understanding of working with a ‘track and trace’ system to
guarantee product traceability

Experience in and/or understanding of monitoring, in order to control material
flows and enable final product improvement.

He/she
will report directly to the Production Manager and work closely with the straw
procurement team and logistics Manager.
