- Develops policies and plans for
management of the Company’s properties in accordance with sound estate
management principles and under the general direction of the Managing
Director - Directs programmes for valuation
of the housing units as well as all other properties of the Company - Responsible for marketing, sale
and maintenance of the Company’s houses/properties - Provides guidance and support to
the zonal offices in the estates and marketing functions - Plans for provision of
professional and technical support services to the project development
division in project planning and feasibility analysis, project designs,
tender and construction - Develops plans for acquisition and
effective management of the Company’s land holdings - Plans for the conduct of research
on guidance and support to the zonal offices in the project planning
functions - Responsible for the general
administration and supervision of staff of the estate and planning and
development divisions - Performs any other duties that may
be assigned by the Managing Director

- M.Sc Land Economy, M.Sc Architecture,
Planning, Engineering (Civil/Structural) or Land Surveying PLUS membership
of the relevant professional body - Must have a certificate in project
planning and management from a recognised institution - Must have had a minimum of ten
(10) years post-qualification working experience in estate development
industry, six (6) of which should have been in the managerial role
