Assistant to join their professional, yet relaxed team.
In assisting in the smooth co-ordination of administration support you will be
a highly valued and integral member of the operations.
As a key contributor in their industry, this electrical engineering consultancy
has a well established operation located in the heart of Five Dock. Delivery of
quality client service; as well as rewards and recognition of staff are
considered paramount.
They offer a supportive and social workplace that is valued by all staff; with
full training on their systems and a handover.
Utilising your personality and proactive attitude your responsibilities will
include:
• Managing incoming calls, forwarding messages
• Preparation of correspondence, basic presentations, assistance with typing
reports and tender documents
• Coordination and setting up for meetings, and meet and greet of visitors and
clients
• Database management
• Handling of client and staff enquiries, scanning and filing
Ideally, you will have had 6-12 months experience as an Administration
Assistant or similar role and possess intermediate skills in Word, Excel and
PowerPoint
Your “can-do” approach and personality will be the key to success in
this role.
