Job
description
Your role will be to
support the electronics team with administration and customer service.
- You
will ensure and provide quality service to both internal and external
customers - Answers
customer inquiries/communications as required - Handle
and resolve customer complaints - Attends
regular customer service departmental meetings - Oversee
the purchasing cycle including ordering, receiving and issuing out
technical supplies - Be a
key controls person on the purchasing cycle, ensuring that orders are
approved by the relevant department head, authenticate the integrity of
the suppliers and ensure reasonability of the prices and quality of the
goods purchased - Management
of Materials - Oversee
the daily general administrative activities of the facility including
vehicles and utilities administration, and ensure a smooth flow of the
operations of the facility - Works
with the maintenance officer/ installations team to coordinate the facilities
maintenance and installations - Continuously
look for ways to improve the administration role and any other duties that
may be assigned

generation skills. - English
and Setswana fluency - Must be
organized, detail oriented, able to work independently and handle multiple
priorities simultaneously. - Proficiency
in Microsoft Office products
