Human Resources Analyst

DUTIES: Reporting to the Director, Human Resources this position will assist in the facilitation of Human Resources Strategic Planning. Interfacing with Finance and I.T, this role will assist in developing an HR Infrastructure for Human Capital Planning. This position will also be responsible for the implementation of electronic solutions as it relates to Organizational Absenteeism and Human Capital Planning Metrics in conjunction with members of the HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible to help build a culture of service and organizational excellence within the Human Resources function.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5-7 Years experience as an HR Professional with emphasis on analytical solutions development as it relates to Absenteeism and Human Capital Planning.
• Demonstrated ability to provide analytical and automated programming solutions for all members of the Corporate Services/ HR Team.
• Demonstrated ability to interface with hospital system platform and build front ended programs that are user friendly.
• Demonstrated experience with scorecards and HR metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to foster relationships with clients and union partners.
• Human Resources Certification and Computer Solutions Management. Strong excel skills are a must.
• Diploma/ Degree. Project Management experience considered an asset.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in verbal and written form.
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
