Leading
multinational telecommunications corporation seeks software
engineers/developers

Our client is a successful multinational telecommunications corporation that
operates in many countries. This corporation is a supplier of telecoms services
to corporate and government customers worldwide. It is also a supplier of
telephony, subscription television services and broadband with millions of
customers. Therefore, several software engineers are sought after to join their
growing team.

Reporting to the Head of Business Unit, you will be required to build large
scale enterprise application and databases. This role needs you to lead a team.
You will be dealing with both vendors and internal organization at
architects/designers/ developers level. You will be working closely with
programme managers as well. You will be conducting regular project reviews and
implement corrective actions.

To qualify, candidates must possess:

• A
  Bachelor degree in related field
• A
  strong technical background in programming in an OOP language such as Java
• A good
  experience on Weblogic
• A good
  exposure in Agile methodology
• A
  strong experience in developing web based applications and server side
  solutions using component frameworks
• An
  ability to mentor/lead a team
• A good
  exposure to open source projects/tools
• A
  strong experience in continuous integration and automated code quality
  tools such as CheckStyle, Junit etc
