She/he,
will need to bring youth towards their (self-) employment by encouraging,
mentoring, coaching, transferring knowledge and providing business technical
support for enterprise development in Rwanda.

What do we need to do?

Coordinate and manage our Youth Business Skills development activities
(including ICT support)

Manage our youth web-based application which are used for communication, peer
learning and coaching youth.

Engage local service providers and enterprises in BDS provision

Ensure that Business skills development is embedded in market needs and
opportunities.

Identify opportunities for youth-led RE enterprise development and matching
trained youth with career opportunities (internships, job placements)

Ensure youth employment creation in existing companies or the development of
viable youth start-ups

Provide financial, economic and legal guidance for youth enterprise

A relevant University degree at least at Bachelor’s level (Master’s level being
an advantage); and,

At least 5 years’ working experience in private sector / SME development,
training, project management, networking among local stakeholders; and, are a
results focus person with entrepreneurial and dynamic spirit with private
sector orientation,
