Snowy Mountain
Engineering Corporation (SMEC) LTD is an international engineering firm from
Australia and a leading global provider of comprehensive consulting and project
management services and solutions relating to projects and programs. SMEC
International Pty Ltd Consultants implements numerous programmes /projects
around the World and continually competes for new one. SMEC is therefore
looking for the following staff for its current project in Rwanda:

1. Assistant
Resident Engineer

Qualification: BSc. or above degree in
Civil Engineering or related fields, 5 years experience in construction works,
at least 2 years in dam and irrigation projects. Knowledge of English and
French will be an advantage.

Duty station: Rwamagana District, R34
Irrigation site (work will be site based).

Duration: 1 year renewable

Salary: USD 2500/month (gross
salary).

2. Materials
Technician

Qualification: BSc or above in Civil
Engineering 1 or related fields, 3 years of experience in construction works
and at least 3 references in quantity surveying. Knowledge of English and
French will be an advantage.

Duty station: Rwamagana District, R34
Irrigation site (work will be site based). Duration: 1 year renewable.

Salary: USD 2,000/month (gross
salary).
