In addressing its expansion plans, we are inviting candidates who are dynamic, analytical and highly motivated to fill the following positions:

Head, Portfolio Management
Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:
• To conduct Risk Assessment on loan portfolio and products, and identify the root cause / key risk drivers and propose mitigation / improvement plan.
• To monitor execution of the respective functions on the approved mitigation / improvement plan arising from credit risk assessment.
• To provide feedback to all relevant divisions / functions in the form of lessons learnt to improve management of credit risk.
• To develop and execute awareness programs in relations to credit and portfolio risk.
• To review and monitor existing policies, procedures, guidelines and limits relating to credit and portfolio risk.
• To conduct schedule / ad hoc stress test on various scenario relating to credit and portfolio risk.
• To conduct development, risk assessment and validation of credit risk rating / scorecards.

Requirements:
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in relevant fields, and in possession of relevant professional qualifications fulfilling the regulatory requirements (if any).
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in related industries; had assumed management positions with good professional ethics and occupational track records.
• Strong numeracy skills to work with metrics and reporting.
• Good interpersonal skills to work with others in risk management and in other parts of the bank.
• Knowledge in the Banking core operations and support services.
• Possess good writing flair i.e. in tracing/detecting and subsequently in reporting operational risk events.
• Knowledgeable on Risk and Banking Internal Audit.
• Knowledgeable about different markets, products, strategies, analytical tools, financial and risk databases and associated risks.
