My client is looking for an individual with proven
experience in generating Technical Maintenance Plans for large organisations.
The ‘right’ candidate has not only experience in asset management but also
experience in forms design.
The primary purpose of this role is the revision of the Technical Maintenance
Plans and documents. This is to ensure they are not only in accordance with the
Australian Standards but also show the accurate condition of the electrical
facilities assets.

Duties an
* Develop the standards and maintenance schedules
for electrical maintenance of different types of facilities
* Recommend an evaluation criteria for judging the acceptability of Service
Providers proposals to maintain Electrical Assets
* Ensure compliance to all requisite Australian and Rail standards
* Make recommendations for a ‘whole of asset’ life cycle view of Facility
Assets (including Asset Register and Condition Assessments) that reflects asset
renewal at the optimum functionality/spend breakpoint in Technical Maintenance
Plans
* As required, consider design enhancements to tools for tracking compliance,
performance and scheduling of inspection and maintenance of prioritised
activities
* Undertake any Facility Management activities in alignment with Asset
Management Standard ISO 55000
for electrical maintenance of different types of facilities
* Recommend an evaluation criteria for judging the acceptability of Service

* Tertiary qualification in an electrical
engineering discipline
* Proven expertise in technical writing and scope management
* Comprehensive knowledge of Asset Management and cost benefit analysis
* Planning skills to understand how asset condition information integrates to
electrical personnel’s scheduling of planned and corrective maintenance
activity
* An understanding of the ‘whole of asset’ life cycle view of Facility Assets
and its relevance to the design of Technical Maintenance Plans in driving asset

This is a contract role for up to 4 months (with
