This is an opportunity for you to join an
international consultancy and have the chance to build your own team. You would
be the founding member of the Townsville surface water team and be involved
growing their water capabilities. With an existing work load, currently being
serviced out of Brisbane, you would be the primary point of contact for a warm
client base.

This position would suit a senior engineer who is looking for the chance to
move into a management and commercial role. You would be given the full support
of an experienced senior management team and have the resources of an international
consultancy behind you. Initially you will be delivering already won work,
while building your relationships with their clients. Then you would be
building on those relationships to expand you team.

This role gives you the chance to build your career faster than the norm. There
are no dead man’s shoes to fill and you get access to warm clients. How far and
how fast this role takes you is up to you.

You will be a degree qualified Water / Drainage Engineer with 7+ years of
experience with the confidence to stand in front of a client and having the
technical ability to deliver the work you win.

Salaries will be commensurate with experience but will most likely fall in the
range of $100,000 to $135,000 depending on your background. Salaries outside this
range would be considered for those with exceptional skills.
