Responsibilities
- Preparation of all tender documents making
sure that submission done on time. - Preparation of all payment certificates
- Preparation of all payment contract documents.
- Projects measurement controller.
- Attending all site meetings.
- Projects planning.
- Prepares annual programs of work and budgeting
- Prepares various construction of drawings
- Identifies material requirements for
construction works. - Monitors, all construction expenditures adjust
work program. - Prepares construction reports and submits the
same to Director of engineering. - Prepares contract documents and drawing
- Organizes and monitors sites works and data
collection
