Our Client: Being one of Australia’s largest finance providers, this reputable organisation has branch network / referral channel like few others within the Industry. They have experienced significant year on year growth and are now looking to appoint a Senior Agribusiness Manager in North Queensland.
The Role: You will report through to the Executive Manager and be responsible for managing and growing a strong portfolio of profitable agribusiness customers. While driving new business opportunities through the strong local network, this institution has developed very well within the region. You will also be responsible for providing direction to junior staff within the branch.
Major duties include:
- Communicating with a clients and staff on Agribusiness products.
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of Agribusiness clients
- Provide input, recommend and be responsible for credit proposals, DCA submissions and preparation and analysis of lending applications.
- Provide development opportunities for staff, support improvement and monitor customer service
- Participate and overview regional marketing activities to promote their brand.
- Annual credit review analysis and processing.
As the ideal candidate you would possess the following:
- Previous business, commercial, or agribusiness banking experience
- Demonstrated understanding of the business, market and external environment
- Ability to foster and develop referral partnerships within the region
- Genuine passion for Agribusiness Banking Solution
