We are currently looking for a switched on internal recruiter that is looking to hit the ground running in this 6 month contract which has the view to be extended or even go Perm. Get involved not only in the recruitment side of the business but also in the HR aspects.
Reporting into the HR Manager you will be responsible for:
• Screening, short listing and interviewing of candidates
• Reference Checking and Ad Writing
• Preparing contracts and letter of offers (templates provided)
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Plus much more
If you are a switched on energetic individual that wants to work for this employer of choice and surround yourself with a supportive and vibrant team then we want to hear from you. To be successful you must have:
• Recruitment or HR experience – Must have 2 years and if all HR experience must has touched on recruitment
• Exposure to internal recruitment would be desirable however not essential
• Be able to commence within the next week and commit for the whole assignment
