The Role
This incredible opportunity will suit an ambitious
self-starter with a demonstrated ability to convert existing leads and source
new business, whilst maintaining fabulous relationships with ongoing clients.
Essentially this is field based role, where you will be responsible for setting
your own appointments, using both home and our Northcote office as a base, so
ability to be able to self-manage is vital.

Your primary objectives will be:
- To proactively source new business
opportunities and lead channels - To set and attend strategy sessions with
clients and close the sale - To understand client needs and business
objectives to create the right proposal - To manage the end to end client relationship
from lead to project completion - To achieve and exceed sales targets
Training will be given, however the following
attributes are essential.

You:
- Ace with people, able to network and build
long term relationships with a proven track record in both converting warm
leads and developing your own pipeline (3-5+ years min). - Have a solid knowledge of online strategy and
marketing best practices. - Possess genuine empathy, a good heart & a
creative eye. - Be a highly driven, self-starter, who is
ambitious, motivated and organised - Exceptional communication skills
- Great personal presentation
- Goal driven and results oriented
- Positive, enthusiastic and can-do attitude
- Full Driver’s Licence
