We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales & Marketing Manager to
join our Sales & Marketing team based at our South Brisbane office.

Reporting to the Senior Sales & Marketing Manager- Magnesia, you will have
accountability for identifying and developing markets for our Magnesia products
into the Refractory, Agriculture, Steel, Chemical and Environmental industries
locally and globally.

Whilst the position is based in Brisbane, you will be required to travel both
within Australia and overseas regularly as needed.

Your key responsibilities will include;

• Ensure that profitable sales are maximized – identify product and market
segment growth opportunities

• Develop marketing and sales strategies for target customers and markets

 • Provide technical product information and market application
support to both customers and Sibelco personnel

 • Preparation  of sales and marketing budgets

 • Introduction of new products to market

 • Liaison with production to meet market demands whilst maximizing
yield from the natural resource

• Collate and report on market intelligence relating to products, prices,
competitive behaviors and market trends

The successful candidate should possess;

• Tertiary qualification in a Marketing,  Business or technical related
discipline (desirable)

• Significant Sales and Marketing experience within an international
capacity

• A sound commercial acumen with established technical sales experience

 • Strong relationship building skills; outstanding influencing and
interpersonal skills

 • Experience or technical skills in Agriculture, Chemical and
Environmental disciplines would be highly desirable
