Effective team leader, self motivated, target oriented, good communication
skills, strong analytical skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Graduate preferably with post graduate qualifications in management, specializing
in sales and mktg.
• Minimum 8-10 yrs of working experience in field sales environment handling
large multifunctional teams.
• Hands on exposure to generating targeted sales through dealer/ distributor,
OR branch networks.
• Capacity to follow pre-set monthly itinerary travelling 2-3 weeks in a month.
• Ability to recruit, train & motivate field sales staff.
• Should have in depth understanding of operational procedures in retail and
institutional sales.
• Computer literate, exposure to working in an ERP environment will be an
advantage.
• Well versed in generating and acting upon MIS reports.
• Exposure of working in multiple regions will be a definite plus.
Salary:
