(RTO) operating nationally and providing foundation learning programmes for
students. This highly responsive not-for-profit organisation provides
education and training to students who are disadvantaged and seeking
employment.
In this role you
will need to provide assistance and/or work individually on development,
coordinating and maintaining compliance of the APL Contract, the SEE Contract,
and the NEIS Deed and maintaining an RTO registration, within an ISO9001
Quality Management System framework and help in the development/update of
policies and procedures.
To be successful in
this role you will need the following skills, qualifications and experience.
- At
least three years of experience working in a compliance or a quality
assurance role in a highly regulated environment - Ability
to understand and interpret complex regulatory requirements and relevant
legislation - Maintain
a high level of confidentiality and have a proven ability to deal with
sensitive issues - Have an
understanding of or the ability to gain an understanding of the following
programmes – SEE, NEIS, and APL Contracts - Strong
working knowledge of the VET Quality Framework - Knowledgeable
in ISO requirements and auditing - Well-developed
communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent
attention to detail and time management skills - Intermediate
to Advance – Microsoft Excel & Word Skills - Ability
to prioritise, meet deadlines, multi task and be a team player - Ability
to work autonomously as required, use initiative and problem solve - Certificate
IV in Training and Assessment TAE40110 – desirable
