Our client, an international law firm, is seeking an outstanding corporate lawyer to join their team. You will be working on high profile matters, providing advice across a variety of areas of law, including public and private company mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, schemes of arrangement, corporate reorganisations, joint
ventures, demergers, privatisation and corporate governance.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced corporate or mergers and acquisitions lawyer to join an international law firm and see their legal career flourish!
To succeed in this role, you will be a dynamic lawyer with experience in mergers and acquisitions and transactional corporate law. Ideally, you will have four to seven years’ post admission experience with a top tier, national or highly regarded boutique firm. If you have outstanding academics and a brilliant legal mind, this role will take your legal career to the next level.
