Our
client is a large $2.5billion FMCG ASX organisation, who is one of the market
leaders within Australia in their industry. Due to the growth of the business
our client is seeking an experienced SAP Accounts Receivable Officer to join
their CBD based Shared Services team, to play a critical role in maximising
cash flow whilst building strong relationships with their clients and internal
customers. .
Position
Description
 
Reporting
directly into the Credit Manager, and working as part of a team, your daily tasks
will include
  • Maintaining
    a shared ledger of approximately $40M
  • Performing
    account reconciliations
  • Allocating
    and receipting payments
  • Daily
    collection calls
  • Action
    and follow-up of rebates and credit claims
  • Assess
    credit applications and conduct credit limit reviews
  • Meeting
    set KPIs and targets
  • Assisting
    with end of month reporting
Candidate
Profile
The
successful applicant will have had proven experience in an end-to-end Accounts
Receivable Officer position as well as the following attributes:
  • Extensive
    SAP experience
  • Excellent
    communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exposure
    to claims and rebates
  • Strong
    reconciliation skills
  • Demonstrated
    understanding of credit lifecycle and risk assessment principles
  • The
    ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Prior
    FMCG experience would be looked upon favourably
