Senior/Maintenance Engineer
(Rotating shifts if required)
Responsibilities
• Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules for production machinery, equipments, tools and instruments to ensure optimal production efficiency and minimal downtime. as well as
• Lead, supervise and mobilize a team of maintenance technicians to carry out preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, overhauling, repairs and set up of these equipments and machinery
• Confers with Production, engineering and quality control personnel to resolve maintenance problems and recommend measures to improve operations and conditions of machines and equipments.
• Perform activities on Controls & Electrical Engineering, PLC programming and all mechanical aspects.
• Maintains proper documentation of preventive maintenance, machines, equipments, instruments and tools manuals, drawing and specification.
• Plans, develops and implements new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs and effect greater utilization of labor and materials.
Prerequisites
• Diploma or Degree in any relevant engineering field
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in an injection plastic molding environment preferred
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Good working knowledge of LEAN principles
