Who we are?

Who we need?
If you are an experienced recruiter with strong local networks, and a true desire to do the best job when filling a role that you can do, we need to speak to you! We are looking for a senior consultant who wants to move into consulting to the recruitment industry – that is what we do. You will have experience in dealing with senior level executives within your client base. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to use your network to fill roles, and to think outside of the square when sourcing talent. You will show a keen understanding of the recruitment industry and a true passion to move to consulting within it.
What we can offer?
We can offer you a very hot desk – hot with great client relationships formed over many, many years of when we worked directly in the industry, and jobs waiting to be filled. If you have not had experience in Search, Ad/Search and Retained work, we can train you as this is what our clients are wanting from us. We will offer a great base salary, and commission to 50%+. You will also get complete flexibility with working from home a real option.
