Our client is highly respected European Engineering Consultancy with a market leading presence in Asia. An opportunity now exists to join their award winning Project Management team in Hong Kong
Reporting to the head of projects you will play a key role managing a range of design and build projects.
You will work both within a multi-disciplinary team and independently focus upon:
• Management, planning and execution of projects from conceptualisation to handover.
• Monitoring quality, cost and progress
• Liaison and development of partnerships with client, design consultants, contractors and government
Degree qualified within construction engineering or a related discipline you will be affiliated with a professional institution in Project Management, Architecture or Engineering.
Your previous experience will include:
• 5 years progressive project management experience, preferably within a leading construction engineering consultancy.
• Proactive, able to manage deadlines and client expectations
• Ability to build consensuses and rapport with clients, designers, contractors and colleagues
• Working knowledge of Primavera and / or MS project would be advantageous.
• Fluency in English is required. Candidates with command of Cantonese and / or Mandarin will be preferred.
