Job Description
You as a Senior Project Manager (SPM) will be responsible for domestic and/or international projects for one or more clients, according to Standard Operation Procedures (SOP), ICH-GCP guidelines. You will lead the project team and ensure the successful management of global projects through compliance with the Central Lab global project management strategy, in order to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction. You will make sure deadlines are met within budget. You communicate excellent and act as liaison with all the relevant stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
• University degree, life science preferred. 5 or more years clinical pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Thorough knowledge of project management and project control processes.
• Demonstrated knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines.
• Broad knowledge of the drug development process and client needs.
• Financial awareness and ability to actively manage financial tracking systems.
• Demonstrated strong customer service, negotiation and team management skills.
• Excellent Japanese and English communication skills, both written and verbal.
