Senior HR Specialist Job Vacancy in Singapore- Wright Starr Global

Our client is a world leader in the design, manufacture and service of aircraft engines,industrial gas turbines and space propulsion systems. Employing over 36,000 staff in 195 countries around the world. They are currently looking for a dedicated and passionate HR professional to join their team.

Responsibilities
•Handle human resource function, recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, employee communication, HR systems and performance management.
•Work closely with various department managers
•Provide HR advisory and consultancy services
•Participate in benchmarking exercises
•Ensure continuous improvement in HR process, and HR polices are competitive with the industry practices
•Assist in developing and piloting leadership and succession initiatives as well as attraction and retention programs
•Provide a leadership role in employee engagement activities and any new HR initiatives
•Act as a mentor for juniors in the department

Requirements
•Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or any related discipline.
•Minimum 3 years’ work experience in Human Resource in MNC in a manufacturing environment.
•Good communication and organizational skills and able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
•High degree of integrity, resourcefulness, initiative and an eye for details
•Independent, self driven with a high level of commitment
•A Team player with good leadership potential.
