Senior Finance Analyst/Specialist
Responsibilities:
* Control and monitor adherence of company policies, internal control procedures and Sarbanes-Oxley requirement for the Asia Pacific region, covering 8 countries (Singapore, China, India, Korea, Japan, Australia, Thailand & Malaysia) and 30 companies.
* Review & ensure compliance with US GAAP for the Asia Pacific region.
* Provide training & guidance on interpretation & application of US GAAP.
* Review operations effectiveness; streamline processes across the Asia Pacific region.
* Liaise with internal & external auditors on audit matters.
Requirements:
* Degree in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent, CPA certification a plus with 5 to 8 years working experience including audit experience in the Big 4 accounting firm.
* Good understanding of US GAAP and SOX requirements.
* Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Willing to travel on a frequent basis.
