Working within the Property Division of the City Development Department, you will be responsible for the efficient development and management of the Council’s property portfolio.
You will also have working knowledge and experience within property asset management frameworks to deliver best operational use and best value. Experience in property rating would be an advantage.
You will be a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and be experienced in property sales, acquisitions, valuations and management.
You will possess good communication skills, be adaptable in cross team working and be able to work on your own initiative.
