Our Client, an MNC, requires a Senior Engineer, Product/Test (MOSFET/East)
Responsibilities:
• Yield Management at back end Asia Pacific facilities
• Quality support for customer product / test issues
• New Product development support & characterization
• Test Development strategies and maintenance
• Galaxy software support and yield debugging and reporting
• Field applications support for product specific data
Requirements:
• Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years experience in new product development and product line support within a similar discrete semiconductor MOSFET product line.
• Exposure and knowledge of above equipment types and an understanding of High Power packaging processes and device physics would be required.
• Exposure to yield enhancement tools such as Galaxy and Pintail software would be advantageous.
• Test platform knowledge of FETTEST, ASL1000, Teradyne ETS-200T and Tesec Spektra test platforms solutions for MOSFET’s would be desirable.
• Hands on experience on Discrete Semiconductor, especially Power MOSFET will be highly preferred.
• Must be able to travel at short notice throughout Asia Pacific region.
• Must be able to speak fluent Mandarin – to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
