As a experienced Architect with pervious experience working in the construction industry and involved with the design of new bathrooms, alterations to existing bathroom designs and advising on the restoration and conservation of old properties.
The successful applicant will have extensive experience with working on individual buildings or on large redevelopment schemes, as well as responsible for the design of the surrounding landscape.
You will be working closely with prestigious clients to ensure projected designs match their needs and are functional safe and economical. You are also in charge of controlling projects from start to finish and work with a number of construction professionals, including surveyors and engineers, producing drawings and specifications that the construction team work to.
Typical work activates include:
• Discussing the objectives, requirements and budget of projects.
• Consulting with other professional about the design of an environment.
• Preparing and presenting feasibility reports and design proposals to the client
• Producing detailed drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and other relevant software packages.
• Keeping within financial budgets and deadlines.
