Initially
you will be required to show case your talents based on site on a prestigious
design and construct commercial development to be built in Sydney.

are all over projects delving into their financial status, spotting potential
challenges before they become problems. You build the jobs in your head while
thinking ahead constantly about the commercial aspects of the projects. You
could very comfortably lead head contracts on a $100M project. You have a
fantastic attention to detail but you are driven to move at a pace that means
that the projects are delivered on time as well as on budget. You thrive on
finding ways to make money and save money. The sub contractors have an enormous
respect for you although they would all agree that you can be quite tough they
also agree that you are fair.
