Selous Kinga Lodge an up market wildlife Lodge located in Selous Game Reserve
is currently looking for an experienced knowledgeable chef with excellent
cooking skills and proven track record in all areas of the kitchen, hot, cold,
pastry, and bakery to take over the running of kitchen and preparation of
delicious food of high standard.
Qualification, Experience and Skills
Diploma in Food Production
Minimum 3 years experience in reputable wildlife lodge/s
Excellent cooking skills with proven track of record
Menu planning and food cost skills.
