The Securities and Exchange Commission Ghana is recruiting for Deputy Director-General. We are a statutory body responsible for regulating the securities Industry in Ghana to ensure, inter alia the orderly, fair and equitable dealing in securities.
Job Description
The applicant will be one of the two Deputy Director-Generals and will report to the Director-General in the day-to-day administration of departments under him/her and shall be subject to general direction and control of the Commission;
• Shall deputize for the Director-General and the other Deputy Director-General in their absence.
• He/she shall also be in charge of the general administration of the Legal & Enforcement, Issuers, Fund Management and Human Resources & International Relations Departments of the Commission and be responsible for the work of the staff of the Departments.

Required Skills or Experience
The applicant should have the following qualifications:
• LLB/BL with a minimum of 15 years post qualification experience; 10 years of which should be at senior management level
• Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field
• Knowledge and experience in securities market
