description
- To be
responsible for the execution of secretarial duties, management and
orgnisation of the executive office - Ability
to multi-task and meet tight deadlines while providing consistent and
professional service - Maintain
strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of
management, staff and business associates - Manages
the schedule of the executive office to enhance effective time management
and coordinate activities, prioritize appointments and reschedule where
necessary - Manages,
prioritizes, screens and monitors the Director’s correspondence, including
calls, emails, post, and fax to ensure they are dealt with appropriately - Manages,
correspondence, reports, memorandums, agendas and minutes of meetings - Ensures
accuracy and timeliness in preparation of reports, presentations,
correspondence within specific deadlines - Maintain
good filing systems for smooth data retrieving - Arrange
meetings / conferences, prepare presentations and other related tasks. - Make
travel arrangements for related local and overseas trips - Prepare
expenses & claims - Screening
of all incoming call - Assist
the Directors in their other businesses - Works
with internal and external contacts at all levels to fulfill the above
duties - To
undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties
as and when required by the Director
Requirements
- Candidate
must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or
Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field - Minimum
5 years experience required - Computer
literate, competent internet and MS Application such as MS Word, Excel and
PowerPoint
