Scholarships for African beneficiaries for Masters of Communications Management (MCM) course

The Government of Rwanda, through its Ministry of Education, is awarding thirteen (13) free scholarships to African beneficiaries from outside of Rwanda for the Masters of Communications Management (MCM) course, starting in September 2012. The MCM course is organized by the Kigali Institute of Science and Technology (KIST) with the support of the United Kingdom Telecommunications Academy (UKTA) and the International Telecommunication Union (ITU).

Application
Applicants for the scholarships should write a cover letter indicating they wish to be considered for one of the free MCM scholarships offered by the Government of Rwanda. The deadline for reception of applications is Friday, 29 June 2012. Candidates who are accepted for the free scholarships will be responsible only for their own flights, accommodation and subsistence expenses.
