Our Energy and Sustainability Services group are one of only a few consultancy
groups specialising in the electricity market to hold an Australian Financial
Services Licence (AFSL), are flection of its unique consultancy skill base.
Reporting to the Energy Services Manager you will be responsible for driving
the electrical and lighting aspects of pre sales and delivery of energy
conservation projects within the Energy and Sustainability Services Team.
Focusing on the pre sales and delivery of our unique solutions this role
will take on a diverse set of responsibilities which involve:
- Design
and implement engineering of world class energy efficient lighting
and building services electrical engineering solutions - Develop
building energy usage and savings models - Understand
the financial modelling of our solutions to meet ROI criteria - Review
and preparation of specification documents - Working
with the sales and delivery teams to co-ordinate both bid and delivery
phase - Work
within Schneider Electric business community to find innovative solutions - Liaise
with customers, contractors and third party consultants
energetic self starter you will demonstrate the following skills and
experience:
- Tertiary
electrical engineering qualification - Qualifications
and experience to Member Grade level of IESANZ - CEM,
NABERS, Green Star certifications highly desirable - A
minimum 7 years consulting experience within a building services
environment - Commercial
and financial acumen. - Thorough
knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety requirements - Detailed
understanding of building services. In particular for Electrical,
Mechanical/Electrical, lighting, BMS and controls. - Excellent
written and verbal communications and presentation skills (Essential); - Experience
in Quality System Management
