Coordinator will be responsible for guiding protection team SGBV case workers
and case management case workers and CP officers through the case management
process, providing daily coaching/mentoring/conferencing, maintaining the SGBV
Database, reinforcing reporting mechanisms, managing confidential data and
participating in Best Interest Determination procedures as necessary. He/she
will as well be responsible for guiding the Para social workers and community
mobilisers on the identification the specific needs of vulnerable women and
single mothers, provide them psychosocial support and make their capacity
building plan. Guiding community Engagement Officers in strengthening,
supervising, and coaching the community based volunteers in provision of PSS to
persons of concerns.
