Qualifications
•Professional qualification in accounting: CPA / ACCA or degree in accounting or finance with at least 4 yrs experience especially on grant management
•Proven experience in preparing budgets, financial monitoring reports, budgetary systems and controls with strong analytical skills
•Experience in staff management, supervision and training
•Knowledge and experience of financial computer applications
•Including SUN accounting packages and spreadsheets
•Knowledge of donor financial policies and guidelines including USAID/USG funded programmes
