Position: Toxicologist — permanent position, at our head office (Varennes, Qc).
Context:
The Risk Analysis group of Sanexen provides the services of risk assessment and toxicological expertise to both private and institutional clients. The toxicologist engaged will support the team of toxicologists already in place.
Job Description:
• Documenting the physico-chemical and/or toxicological properties of chemical substances;
• Performing critical analyses (judging and interpreting data);
• Conducting toxicological risk assessments related to environmental issues, including the modelling of exposure and of risks;
• Producing toxicological notices on various issues;
• Writing reports in English and in French.
Requirements:
• Education in toxicology, pharmacology, or the equivalent (Master’s or Ph.D.);
• Mastery of both French and English (written and oral);
• Competence in the use of current computer programs (word processing, spreadsheets, etc.).
• Experience in the domain is an asset.
