The sample size for the study was one hundred and
twenty (120) respondents. The multi-stage sampling technique was used to divide
Oghara into three strata with each of the clans making up the town representing
a stratum. In each stratum, the accidental sampling technique was used to
select the respondents. Accidental sampling technique is a type of
non-probability sampling technique that is based on the judgement of the
researcher based on availability and proximity of the respondents available at
a particular period of time (Boxill, Chambers & Wint,
2007).
